Who we are

Lights Out Coffee Cart is a motorsports inspired, upscale coffee cart built for those who take their coffee seriously… but not too seriously. Founded by Shayan and Simran, our journey began as college students surviving long nights, endless exams, and questionable sleep schedules — fueled almost entirely by coffee. Somewhere between finals week and our fourth cup of the day, a genuine passion was born. 

For us, espresso is more than just a drink — it’s an art (and a bit of a science experiment). From sourcing exceptional beans to dialing in each shot just right, we obsess over the details so you don’t have to. At Lights Out Coffee Cart, we believe great coffee doesn’t happen by accident – it happens after a lot of tasting, tweaking, and refusing to settle for “good enough”.

What truly sets us apart is our upscale cart design and distinct aesthetic, inspired by performance, precision, and looking really good while doing it. We use freshly roasted beans for bold, balanced espresso and high-quality syrups, made with clean ingredients - no fillers, no junk, no “what even is this” aftertaste. 

And because we couldn’t stop at coffee alone, we proudly serve ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Japan, hand-whisked to order for a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. It's green, it’s powerful, and yes — we take it just as seriously as our espresso.
